DayCaring's Board of Directors are non-paid officers consisting of a maximum seven members chosen by the existing Board through an election process. Board members consist of current or past parents in the school or community members. Current Board members make decisions about policy setting, fundraising and the financial health of the corporation. They delegate the running of the school to the Director, Karla Claeys.
